- Community TEAMS Act (H.R. 3885/S. 3989)
- Note: The House lead is circulating a Dear Colleague letter to build support, particularly among Energy and Commerce offices.
- H–1Bs for Physicians and the Healthcare Workforce Act (H.R. 7961)
- Note: A June 8 court ruling vacated the $100,000 H-1B visa fee. Members agreed this was a positive development, but it does not necessarily change the need for congressional action.
- Professional Student Degree Act (H.R. 6718)
- Note: Appropriations language related to Department of Education implementation of student loan changes and the classification of nursing as a graduate/professional degree.
